Once again the optics says it all, and perhaps more disturbing are those elected legislators who apparently can’t decide between their oath of allegiance to our Constitution or a destructive cult that seeks not to assimilate but to subjugate those who come into contact with this radical body of adherents.
The brief video clip captures the Delaware Senate floor this week, where 2-Muslim Imams began their “tribal chant” praying to Allah.
Remarkably rather than standing erect, several senators succumbed to political correctness and bowed their heads as a sign of respect while ignoring the thousands of years of brutality, denigration, and abuse suffered in the name of Islam.
However one senator and proud vet wasn’t about to roll over and play dead, Senator Dave Lawson took to the floor after the disturbing scene saying: “We just heard from the Quran, which calls for our very demise. I fought for this country, not to be damned by someone who comes in here and prays to their God for our demise. I think that’s despicable.”
Perhaps just as disturbing as witnessing the United States elected officials bowing to a murderous “war lord” was hearing Democratic Senator David McBride rebuking Lawson’s courageous stand saying.
“I have never been of the mind to censure the words of other members, but I also believe deeply that words have consequences,” McBride said. “To criticize the sacred prayer of another religion from the floor of the Senate strikes me as antithetical to everything we ought to stand for as lawmakers.”
However Lawson fired back at the self-serving dribble refusing to back down saying: “Their belief flies in the face of our Constitution, this is not our Bible, we should not be allowing them to pray from that book in our house, just as I do not believe I would be allowed to pray from my Bible in their house.”
After repeatedly watching this clip it clearly shows that after saying the Muslim prayer Sheikh Tarek Ewis purposefully refuses to participate in the Pledge Of Allegiance.
Plese share this on Facebook if you agree with Senator Dave Lawson’s stand
